At the meeting last night some people expressed concern about how they could stay informed regarding upcoming meetings and events. As far as I know, the options are: email, phone calls, flyers, and word of mouth. We'll need to build up a network for all of these and figure out each person's preference on how they would like to be contacted (for instance, some people do not check email regularly).
